Old Style RV Park with friendly accommodating Owners/Operators located in an excellent spot at the foot of the international bridge to the States. This is one of the few four season RV spots along the St Lawrence in Eastern Ontario which has tremendous value for that reason alone. Off season sites are away from the water (not a bad idea) and close to the comfort stations which again are a great setting if you find yourself traveling in the winter. Onsite propane is also a bonus.

Awful new management. Long time customer been coming to this park for years. Booked 4 weekends throughout summer 2017. We had family weekend camping trips to this park Always been a very pleasant experience. The problem started when we arrived for our first camping weekend June 16-18, 2017. We were informed that our camp site for the weekend of July 1st was being cancelled, cancelled not relocated to another site, due to the flooding. We had booked this site months prior to. They had nothing left to offer us. Two weeks before July 1st we are unable to find any availability elsewhere within eastern Ontario. After inspecting site 213 we realized that the site was in a fairly good state and the water had receded enough that it was suitable for camping. The ground was dry and not mushy so it could support the weight of a trailer. We chatted Crystal who works front desk and explained our situation she informed us to call back on Friday to see if they would release the site to us While chatting with her we mentioned that we would call her the following day, today, Sunday, to confirm our reservation of August long weekend. My spouse had to double check his work schedule. Second issue. We were on site 251 with 15 amps. The power tripped the breaker. My daughter and her husband were in site 249. Her husband and my spouse proceeded to approach the maintenance man to let him know we had no power. The maintenance man had no idea what he was speaking of because he though we had 30 amps. My son-in law, an electrician by trade, tried to explain that the breaker was faulty because we had issues with the power tripping previous years on the site 251 and the previous management would just connect us to the building next to the site to solve the problem. It seems that they don't run things like the previous management. So we ran our electrical cord to the outlet on site 250 as the was no one on that site. Sunday, June 18, 2017, upon arriving home we called Grenville Park to confirm our reservation for site 250 for August long weekend for three nights. Crystal proceeds to inform us that the site was no longer available and her co-worker had given it to someone else even though a deposit had been collected. I asked for another site and she told us she was fully booked. This is afamily camping weekend and have three sites with four families attending. I didn't argue and took some time to think the situation over and chat with my spouse. I called back to speak with Crystal again and mentioned the fact that a deposit had been taken to reserve that spot. She then proceeded to inform that we were banned from the campground because my spouse had harassed the maintenance worker the day before. I tried to reason with her but she continued to repeat that they have a no harrsement or no violence policy. She must have said it 5 times. I didn't want to argue at the stupidity and was in shock. Remember my son in law was a witness and for sure there was harrsement or violence. At first they didn't have a site left then all of a sudden we have been banned. What kind of game are they playing. They lost a loyal customer not just in us but my whole family. We also had inquired about being a seasonal customer and the new management had increase by a great deal everything from fees to the price of wood. Last year wood was 3 bundles for $25 this year they want $14 a bundle. I wouldn't even rate them a one star.
